Call To Action

THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING IS JULY 15th AT 7:00pm. Sign in before 6:55 in order to speak. Everyone has 3 minutes to speak, but be aware that public comment lasts only 30 minutes, and overflow comments are pushed to the end of the meeting.

LOOKING AHEAD:

Eventually Council will be called to vote on whether to create a new mixed use zone for the developer. Please call your council representatives and urge them to vote NO on rezoning this parcel. This would give the developer carte blanche to do whatever he pleases with the parcel. By prohibiting him from being able to do this, he is subject to the usual process of seeking variances, giving us more of a chance to make development more difficult and unsatisfactory.
