Vote NO on Rezoning!

Contact All Council Members, the Mayor and the Community and Economic Development Office and tell them to vote NO on changing the zoning to Community Mixed Use! Tell them you want the last piece of open, forested space in UD preserved!
Stopping rezoning means the developer is required to work within the limits of the existing zoning district, which is much more tedious and less profitable. It will open the opportunity to move forward with conservation alternatives, and it sends the message that Upper Darby council members are listening to their constituents and want to find an alternative solution!
